Private Group Retreat

By request only, reserve a Hineni Private Retreat for your group of 8 to 12 with single rooms and home cooked meals provided.

Total cost for a private retreat is $4500 which includes a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Your space for the private retreat is secured with a $500 non-refundable deposit, which signifies your commitment and agreement to the terms below. The remaining $4000 balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the agreed upon retreat date.

This private retreat includes exclusive use of a spacious lodge with 12 individual bedrooms — 3 king bedrooms and 9 queen bedrooms — located on 1,000 acres of sacred land at Hi Point Ranch. Homecooked meals are lovingly prepared and provided throughout the weekend. The retreat begins Friday at 12:00pm and concludes Sunday at 2:00pm, offering ample space for rest, reflection, and renewal. The ranch includes access to contemplative walking trails, shared indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and quiet places for solitude and spiritual practice.

We understand that life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as generous as possible while allowing us to honor the time, preparation, and resources involved in holding this space.

Refund Schedule:

• More than 60 days before the retreat:
  You will receive a refund of $4,000 (your deposit is retained).

• 30–60 days before the retreat:
  You will receive a 50% refund of the total fee, or $2,250.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat:
  We are unable to offer a refund due to the close proximity of the event and the commitments already made on your behalf.
